From Hellas to Olympus – Flesh is weak!

So, an interesting thing happened Saturday morning.

My kneecap began to make a painful popping sensation around 40 minutes in.

And when I tried again on Sunday, the pain started about ten minutes in.

So, yeah, I’m going to take two weeks off the cycle to give my knee a chance to heal. In the meantime, more crunches. Just because I hurt my knee doesn’t mean I’m going to stop exercising.

Oh? An why did I skip Friday? Well, I tried out this game called King’s Bounty, and next thing you know, it’s 1:30 am. It’s HOMM the RPG, if that means anything to you. What it means to me is “Oh shit, there goes my work week.”

1/16 – 18.51 km

I’m skipping the pace because…. well… I’m completely off track and I think that would be demoralizing. And that’s the last thing I want to do.

Finally, if anyone has any knee stretches they would recommend, I’d love to see ‘em.
